Refund & Return Policy

At PRESSAVO LLC, we stand behind the quality of every coffee maker we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and refund process as described below. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date shown in your shipment tracking information. Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects, which are covered under our warranty terms in Section 6 below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions described in Section 2.

2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be in original, unused condition — no scratches, dents, marks, or signs of use
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including the product box, foam inserts, protective materials, and any tags or stickers that were attached at the time of purchase
  • All included accessories must be present and undamaged (e.g., spare filters or accessories if included, instruction manual, warranty card)
  • The item must not have been modified, tampered with, or serviced by an unauthorized third-party technician after purchase
  • The item must not have been engraved or personalized after purchase
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue only a partial refund if the item does not meet these conditions upon inspection.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more (final sale items)
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been used, operated, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before shipping anything back.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us first: Email us at support@pressavo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not ship the item back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
  2. Receive return authorization: Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack securely: Place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, and then in a secure outer shipping box. Do not ship the item in just the product box alone — it must be protected with outer packaging.
  4. Include your RMA number: Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA number may be refused or experience delays.
  5. Ship with tracking: Send your return using a trackable shipping method. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $100. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see Section 6).

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method only — we do not issue refunds to a different card or account.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. This timing is outside our control.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a product defect.

If your return is not approved due to the item's condition or missing components, we will contact you and, at your request, return the item to you at your expense.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective due to a manufacturing fault, or incorrect (different from what you ordered), please contact us at support@pressavo.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographs showing the damage or defect

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs and offer you the choice of a full refund to your original payment method, or a replacement item (subject to availability).

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different coffee maker (different model or color), please initiate a return for your original order and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the fastest processing time and product availability.

8. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order:

  • Before shipment: Contact us immediately at support@pressavo.com. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a full refund within 5–10 business days.
  • After shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or accept delivery and submit a standard return request in accordance with this policy. Original and return shipping charges will apply.

9. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you may return it and receive a store credit for the value of the return once we receive and inspect the item. Store credit will be issued via a unique discount code sent to the email address provided with the return request.

If the gift was not marked as such, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.
